Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our cut-off time (usually 2 PM). We have multiple delivery slots throughout the day so you can choose a time that is convenient for you to receive your fresh seafood.

We offer free delivery on orders above a certain minimum value (e.g., ₹300). For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee applies to cover our logistics costs. The exact delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Absolutely. You can place an order today and schedule it for delivery tomorrow morning or evening. This is a great way to ensure you have fresh seafood, chicken, or mutton ready for your meal preparation without any last-minute rush.

We recommend selecting a slot when you or someone else is available to receive the order, as seafood is highly perishable and requires immediate refrigeration. If you miss the delivery, our rider will try to contact you. We may attempt re-delivery, but freshness cannot be guaranteed for delayed receipts. You can also instruct us to leave the package with a neighbor or security guard in a secure location.

Yes. If any item is missing from your order or if you receive seafood that is not fresh, please report it to us at the time of delivery or within a few hours. We will initiate a refund for the specific item or offer a replacement in your next order.

We have a "no questions asked" return policy at the time of delivery. You can check your seafood when our rider arrives. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of any item, you can return it immediately to the rider, and the amount will be adjusted or refunded.

Given the highly perishable nature of seafood, we request you to inspect it upon delivery. However, if you notice an issue shortly after (within 4-6 hours), please take a photo and contact our support. We will do our best to resolve the issue with a refund or credit for your next purchase.

Yes! We supply fresh seafood for marriages, functions, restaurants, and hotels in Tanuku. We offer special wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Please contact our support team at least 2 days in advance to discuss your requirements.
